01)  POLICY OVERVIEW:

NOTE: We Strongly Recommend Contacting Customer Support Prior To Returning Product In Order To Confirm Or Validate Return/Exchange.

  • we are not responsible for items shipped without written notice and return/exchange approval by créme chicago, LLC.

02)  PRODUCT RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

Item(s) purchased from CREMECHICAGO.COM MUST be returned:

  1. in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund.
  2. Within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  3. With A Copy Of The Original Invoice.
  4. An explanation of why the item or items are being returned.

03)  REFUND POLICIES:

A Refund Will Be Issued In The Original Form Of Payment (Credit Card, Cash, Check, Etc).

  • Limited edition items and items purchased on-sale can NOT be returned for a refund.
  • All Returns Are Subject To A 5% Restocking Fee.

NOTE: We Cannot Refund The Original Shipping Charges.
